Council meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School library. NOTE: The December 2017 General Council meeting has been moved to Monday December 4 at 7pm in OLMC Classroom 8B.
Fr. Severin Westhoff Council 6627 earned a Star Council award for the 2017 fraternal year. The Star Council Award recognizes outstanding achievement in membership, insurance and service program activities. Thank you to all our Brothers for their efforts in making this happen!
The KofC annual “Light up for Christmas” ceremony is Thursday 12/7 after the 7 PM Vigil Mass outside the church. The ceremony starts at/around 8 PM. The set up will start at 7:30 PM and we should be done by 8:30 PM, with all cleanup completed by 9:00 PM. We are asking all Knights to bring a baked good to the Light up ceremony. Knights will provide hot cocoa and coffee. We hope to see you and your families there!
Our Council Christmas Party is scheduled for Saturday December 16th after the 5PM Mass. Come out and join us for Corporate Mass and/or for the party to be in the Hall directly after the 5 PM Mass. Please email our Grand Knight and let him know if you will be attending the Mass, Christmas Party and how many will be coming. We are also asking all Knights to bring a dish to share, the Council will be providing the Fried Chicken and drinks.
Knights are encouraged to attend the International Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima- Adoration Friday-Saturday, October 27- 28.
OLMC Knights have the 3AM to 4AM shift, please let email the Grand Knight if you can attend.
Need Knights to help cook Hamburgers for the Bishop’s vocation fair at OLMC starting about 10:30 AM on October 29. Please help come out and help cook and prepare the lunch for fair attendees. Thank you for your support!
We need volunteers for October 13-14 and October 27-28 to assist in collecting monies for the Knights of Columbus People With Intellectual Disabilities (PWID) Tootsie Roll Drive.

. Volunteers will be handing out Tootsie Rolls and accepting donations for local organizations including the Arc of Tempe, the Getz School, and the St. Dominic Savio School. We will again have the assistance of people involved in those organizations.
The drive is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on each of the following dates:

Saturday, October 14
Friday, October 27
Saturday, October 28
The locations available on these days are the Albertsons at 750 E. Guadalupe Rd. and the Safeway at 926 E. Broadway Rd., both in Tempe.
